The 90 - Day Room Maintenance provides various statistical data in relation to the frequency of repeat work orders to any one of the guest rooms or areas of the hotel to readily address why the issue keeps arising. The report is available in a weekly or monthly format.

1. Horizontal Data: Shows the frequency the issue was reported in the past 90 days
2. Vertical Data: Identifies the room number or area of the hotel and the maintenance issue
