Make Additions or Changes to an Existing MOP Hotel Profile

With few exceptions, most settings within MOP are the same for all subscribers. Any changes would require a feature request.

However, some changes from the original information submitted in the Hotel Data Sheet Profile can be done:

- Changing or adding a room number.

- Updating a room type from smoking to nonsmoking or changing from a King to a Double.

- Preferred terms used in regard to room status (check out, stayover, due out, etc.). There are a few options that can be selected, but most terms come directly from the PMS that the hotel uses.

To inquire a possible change/update, create a ticket and add any information in regards to room numbers affected such as changing room 201 from KS to KNS (use the terms or abbreviations that are utilized in MOP and/or the PMS.
