Assign Rooms Manually (MOP 2.0)
If your property does not have an automatic PMS integration that sends room assignments into MOP, supervisors must assign rooms manually. Manual assignment ensures Room Attendants receive the correct rooms, duties, and verification settings for the day.
When Manual Assignment Is Needed
Manual room assignment is required when:
- Your property does not have a PMS interface that automatically imports room assignments, or
- Supervisors need to create or adjust assignments outside of the PMS workflow
Room assignments from the previous day remain visible until new assignments are created. Once current-day assignments are added, prior-day assignments are automatically removed.
Accessing Manual Room Assignment

- If your property is integrated with a PMS, select Enter Task Manually.
- If your property is not integrated, this step is skipped automatically.

- The employee’s verification level will populate automatically based on their profile:
- Self Verification, or

Changes made here apply to the assigned tasks and do not permanently update the user profile.
