Current MOP Users before Integrating with Visual Matrix (VM PMS)

If you are already using MOP before getting integrated with VM PMS, the import with Visual Matrix will not sync with existing users even if first and last name are the same. Your current users will be duplicated and you will need a complete cleanout of all old user accounts. This will be done by your integration specialist during the implementation process. Make sure this task is completed.
