Edit a Task (MOP 2.0)


Editing a task entails making changes to any aspect of the task, whether it's the priority, status, or check-out time. Those updates can be performed in several sections such as "RA Monitor" (for changes related to the assigned individual) and "Edit Search" (for modifications to verification status, assignee, status, and more). Those sections are the following:
- From "All Tasks"/Home-Dashboard.
- From "Edit Tasks".
- From "Assigned Rooms"
- From "RA Monitor".
- From "Task Search".

From "All Tasks"/Home-Dashboard

1. To edit a task, click on the pencil icon located on the left side of the task.



2. Edit any required field and click Save at the end.



From "Edit Tasks"

1. This page provides an immediate option to edit every detail of any current task using dropdowns or checkboxes.



2. The "Save" button is located at the bottom of the page.



From "Assigned Rooms"

1. Utilize the dropdown menu in the "Duty" column to update the assigned duty.



2. Click on the room number to open the task and proceed to edit it.



3. Edit the task and click "Save" at the bottom of the window.



From "RA Monitor"

1. RA Monitor provides access to all assigned tasks categorized into the three departments: Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office.



2. Click on the assignee name to change it.



3. Click on the room number/area name to open the task and edit it.



4. Proceed to the edit and click on "Save" at the bottom of the window.



1. Like in "All Tasks"/Home-Dashboard screen, a task can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon located on the left side of the task.



2. Proceed to edit any necessary field and click "Save" at the end.
