Access Guest Interaction (GI) 🎥

From check-in to check-out, Guest Interaction allows enhanced communication between guests and the hotel team through the use of text messaging. If you are integrated with a PMS, GI is not part of the communication protocol.

1. Click the Front Desk tab on the All Tasks screen to roll to the Guest Interaction functionalities. Click the CMS tab to go back to MOP.





2. Once in the GI page, use the filter options to narrow down your functions to a specific area, as well as download an Excel file and print some areas of the GI.


It is important to receive guest permission to connect and communicate through text messaging of Guest Interaction.
