Inspect and Verify a DND and No Service Request (Hskpg Sup)


Throughout the day, the Housekeeping Supervisor receives updates regarding completed tasks that require inspection and verification.
Path: My Tasks

1. Select a room number to complete the inspection and verification. Example Room 102 has been flagged as DND.



2. Select the action to complete:
- Verified: if the room is good to go and has no issues to resolve.
- Verified DND: if the room attendant flagged the room as having a DND on the door and the Supervisor is confirming the status.
- Verified DND Points: if the property offers points through their Frequent Traveler Program versus a room cleaning.
- Verified with Corrections: if the Supervisor has to take some corrective actions before updating the room to "Verified".
- Open: if the room has not been completed to standards and is beeing sent back to the room attendant as a do-over.
- Maintenance and Alerts: to log some new maintenance and alerts tasks. The Supervisor can enter these types as tickets as well.



3. Add any relevant notes. Notes can also be added after verification.



4. The room status will update accrodingly to the action taking previously. Example below where the Supervisor had verified 102 that was flagged as a DND.
