Log an Alert from an Open Task (MOP 2.0)


Path: My Tasks

1. Click on the eye on the left side of the task.



2. Click on Alert.



3. Select the Alert Type from the dropdown.



4. Select the Alert Priority from the dropdown.



6. Include any required notes or images by clicking on the "+" icon. You can upload them from your computer or phone.



6. Click Submit.
