Enable Users to Receive Panic Alerts Notifications

The feature has to be activated by the Visual Matrix Implementation Team first. Access: Site Administrator.

Once the feature is activated for the property, there is still one action to take on the property side: set up each staff member that will receive notifications (phone call and text message) without having to be logged in.

1. Click on Staff List.

2. Select the staff member to receive the notifications. 

3. Enter the phone number and check the "Panic Alert" box.

4. Click Submit.
