Permissions Predefined for Default Roles (MOP 2.0)

Permissions Predefined for Default Roles (MOP 2.0)

User management within MOP follows a two-step procedure. To start with, there exist roles. Each role provides access to distinct permissions, which can be tailored individually. After establishing these roles, users can be generated and linked to a specific role, along with the predefined permissions. Naturally, if necessary, permissions can be customized for a particular user.
Primary roles are preconfigured with designated permissions for each of them. The permission set for each default role, namely Desk Staff, Room Attendant, Head Housekeeper, Maintenance, Site Admin, and Multi-Region Manager, is outlined below.
Path: Administration > Identity Management > Roles > Select a Role and click on "Permissions" (icon featuring a wheel on the left-hand side).
