Resolve Lost and Found Tasks

Unresolved Lost and Found

Lost and Found tasks remain active until they are resolved  They are auto-assigned to a Front Desk team member. The task will default to the first Front Desk team member entered into MOP or the Property Management System. 
When the front desk associate logs into MOP, the platform defaults to the All Tasks screen. The All Tasks section displays everything scheduled for the day.

When the team member selects My Tasks, they will see any assignments they may need to resolve and follow up on.

Lost and Found Resolution

Ex: When you select a room number (ex: 102) that has Lost and Found as a duty, it will open the Lost and Found for that room.
In the example, notes were added that indicated the item was mailed to the guest and charged the credit card provided by the guest.
The Front Desk will select Start to indicate the task is being resolved and then select Finish to complete it.
