Complete Lost and Found Tasks


Lost and Found are auto-assigned to a Front Desk team member and remain active until they are resolved. When a front desk associate logs into MOP, the platform defaults to the All Tasks screen. The All Tasks section displays everything scheduled for the day.



Lost and Found Resolution
1. Select a room number to open the task.
2. Add any needed notes like an indication the item was mailed to the guest and charged the credit card provided by the guest.
3. Click Start to "Start" the task.
4. Click Finish to complete and close the task.
