Room Assignments - Integrated with SKYTOUCH/ChoiceADVANTAGE 🎥



MOP is integrated with SKYTOUCH/ChoiceADVANTAGE. Room assignments for the day are completed in MOP.

Upon notification that the integration of the PMS and MOP is complete, there is a one-time-only prerequisite that will need to be processed to complete the initial sync between the two. 

Assigning Rooms for SkyTouch/ChoiceAdvantage PMS Integrated with MOP

1. Select the Add Tasks icon in MOP
2. Click on the Add SkyTouch Tasks
3. To assign rooms one at a time, select the first room to assign and then hold down the control key on your computer and pick the rooms to assign.
To assign a sequence of rooms, select the first room, then press and hold the shift key on your computer and go down to the last room you want to assign.
4. Use the drop-down window to find a Room Attendant's name to assign rooms to


Room Assignments Manually 

If the property management system is down, and as long as there is the Internet, MOP keeps working. Select the Enter Tasks Manually box. All room status updates must be done manually on both platforms. See QUICKLINKS
