Room Attendants have several task assignments that could be assigned to them for the day. After login, they can be viewed from the My Tasks screen.
My Tasks
1. After logging in, the Room Attendant selects My Tasks to see the assignments for the day
2. Assignments highlighted in red have been flagged by the creator of the task with a high priority. High-priority moves to the top of the task list.

Completing Assigned Tasks
1. Select the room number, workspace, or common area assigned as a task; the platform rolls to the screen for the task
2. Select Start All tasks in MOP require the selection of Start to begin the task. For a guest room, if there is a DND or No Service request, select options accordingly
3. Select Finish to indicate the task is complete
4. Status of the room changed to Finished

Secure the MOP in your pocket or someplace close so that it does not restrict the process of completing the task
Creating a Maintenance Work Order
1. Select Maintenance
2. Maintenance Type and Priority, use the drop-down window to select the best fit for the task
3. Include notes to relay any details (if needed)
4. Take up to 4 photos with the device
5. Select Submit
Creating an Alert
1. Select Alert If a room warrants an instance of secondary action by another team member
2, Open Alert icon
3. Include notes to relay any details (if needed)
4. Select from eight Alert options
5. Take up to 4 photos with the device and select the priority
6. Select Submit

Adding Notes as needed allows everyone to be better informed regarding the task status
