Room Attendant (RA) Monitor (Video)
The RA Monitor is used to reassign room cleaning assignments, work orders, or front desk follow-up. The icon is accessible to all logged in users except Room Attendants.
Select RA Monitor
The
system defaults to room attendants and front desk associates.
Select Maintenance
box to see maintenance-related
tasks.
Select Edit Form to perform a reassignment.
Utilizing the drop-down
window, you can reassign the task to another associate.
Repeat
this step until all reassignments
have been made.
Select Process
Updates to simultaneously transmit the updated information to associates that had their assignments changed.
