Room Attendant (RA) Monitor 🎥


The RA Monitor is used to reassign room cleaning assignments, work orders, or front desk follow-ups. The icon is accessible to all logged-in users except Room Attendants.



Select the RA Monitor Icon
The system defaults to room attendants and front desk associates.
Select Maintenance box to see maintenance-related tasks.

To Edit
Select Edit Form to perform a reassignment 
Utilizing the drop-down window, you can reassign the task to another associate.
Repeat this step until all reassignments have been made.
Select Process Updates to simultaneously transmit the updated information to associates that had their assignments changed.
