Complete the Hotel Data Form 🎥

The Hotel Data Form is used to build the hotel's profile in MOP. it is an Excel format file that will be uploaded into MOP. Please review the form in its entirety before you begin data entry.

1. Read the Instructions. The instructions provide examples of terms and abbreviations to complete the form. Feel free to add specifics for your hotel.



2. Fill out your hotel's primary information. Be sure to include your checkout time and indicate what time zone. Check the appropriate box if you are implementing MOP only or both MOP and ESD (Employee Safety Device, aka Panic Button)



3. Add the common areas, workspaces, storage areas, etc. of your hotel. This should include areas such as public restrooms, and boiler room, breakfast area. What is important is that you include areas that would have a cleaning assignment or a work order assigned to them.



4. For non-integrated properties, complete the section on the room numbers. The description should match your PMS. Hotels that are integrated will have the room numbers and types automatically imported into MOP.



Once the form has been completed, email it back to complete the setup process. It may be someone from Visual Matrix or within your brand support. Once completed, you will receive your login credentials and the next steps to launch MOP at your property.
