Setup Square Unit Measure (MOP 2.0)

To enable the square foot measure feature, contact Client Experience for activation.
This functionality will establish the cumulative square footage of areas that could be designated for tasks. The square foot unit measurements assigned can be examined through a report, which can be generated either on an individual team member basis or as an aggregate for all team members.
Path: Dashboard > Square (Sq) Unit

1. Click on Setup.

2. Select the unit of measurment: square feet or square meter.

3. Input the maximum square unit limit within which a room attendant is legally permitted to clean daily.

4. Click Save.

5. For each room or property area, input the square footage or square meters. If a room is designated as a "Special Room," please check the corresponding box. These special rooms will subsequently be flagged in the housekeeping summary reports.
The criteria for designating a room as a "Special Room" may vary based on state or county laws. Each unique circumstance has the potential to decrease the maximum square footage that can be allocated to a housekeeper. Possible qualifications include, but are not limited to, rooms with extra beds, rooms located in multiple buildings, and rooms spanning more than two floors.

6. Click Save.
