Setup User Roles Permissions (MOP 2.0)

Setup User Roles Permissions (MOP 2.0)

User management within MOP follows a two-step procedure. To start with, there exist roles. Each role provides access to distinct permissions, which can be tailored individually. After establishing these roles, users can be generated and linked to a specific role, along with the predefined permissions. Naturally, if necessary, permissions can be customized for a particular user. Primary roles are preconfigured with designated permissions for each of them.
Path: Administration > Identity Management > Roles

1. Choose a Role and then click on the icon featuring a wheel on the left-hand side.

2. Select "Permissions".

3. Select "MOP" in the permissions categories.
The number on the right gives the number of permissions currently given to that role.

4. Mark or unmark any permission you desire to grant or revoke.

5. Click "Save".
