Track the Status of Tasks/Duties (MOP 2.0)

Track the Status of Tasks/Duties (MOP 2.0)

You can monitor the status of tasks from various locations within the application, but all will display the same information:
- All Tasks/Home Screen: This displays every task assigned to anyone.
- My Tasks: In this section, you can view tasks assigned to you. If you're a Site Admin, it will also list maintenance tasks that require a supervisor's inspection.
- Task Search: This feature enables you to see all tasks assigned to anyone in a searchable format.

1. To proceed, simply click the right arrow located on the right side of the task.

2. View the details of the task. See below for more explanation.

3. At the creation of the task, before it is started:
- Room number or property area, Task to complete and Priority of the task.
      - For a maintenance task, the maintenance level will also show.
      - For an In-House room, it will also show if the room is currently occupied and/or if there is a pet in the room.
- Verification level of the task, based on the assignee status: Self or Supervisor.
- Date and time the task was created.
- Name of the assignee and current Status of the task.

4. As the task progresses, the status information will also evolve accordingly. Once started, the Start time will show.

5. Last steps:
- Time and date the task was finished and who finished it.
- Time and date the task was verified and by whom.

If a task was paused at any point during its progression, the pause itself will not be displayed on the status recap. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the time spent by the employee during the pause will not be counted as part of the total working time on the task.
