The RA Monitor is a tool for modifying assigned housekeeping, maintenance, or front desk tasks, including their reallocation from one team member to another.
Path: Dashboard > RA Monitor
1. Select the department you need to update a task for: Room Attendant (Housekeeping), Maintenance or Front Desk.
2. Select the name of the individual currently assigned to the task in order to reassign it to a different employee.
3. Click "Save" at the bottom left to confirm the modification.
4. Click on a room number to update any details of a task.
5. Process to any desired modifications.
6. Scroll down for more details.
7. Remember to click "Save" to confirm the changes.
8. The screen will reflect the modifications made above.
In the provided example below, we adjusted the task's priority from medium to high, resulting in the red color and its relocation to the top of the list on the Room Attendant screen.
