Deactivate a User/Staff Member when Integrated with Visual Matrix (VM PMS)


The deactivation of an employee is not integrated. You will have first to deactivate in Visual Matrix PMS to stop importing the user to MOP.

Steps in Visual Matrix

Path: Management > User Settings > Security.

1. Select the employee.
2. Change the Active status of the employee from "Yes" to "No".
3. Click Save.



Steps in MOP

Path: Dashboard > Staff List



1. Click on the first or last name of the employee to open its profile.
2. Set the employee department to Inactive.
3. Click Submit.
