Deep Clean Task List Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Deep Clean Task List gives you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see a list of all the Deep Cleans that have been completed or remain incomplete. The report is available in a PDF or an Excel CSV file and is found in the Site Reports.
Report General Information
1. and 2. Data documented for Guest Rooms and has the room number referenced
3. and 4. Data documented for Common Areas and has the location of the common area referenced
5. View Forms allows you to see the actual Checklist used for the Deep Clean task
Excel CSV Format
The Excel file provides a task ID (auto-created), room type (number of beds in the room), maintenance pm ( was it scheduled under pm format), and the corporate ID (assigned at the time the hotel was set up in MOP)
