Complete List of Reports Available in MOP
MOP reports are only accessible by a Site Administrator, a Front Desk associate, or if a Governor access has been created.
Site Reports
Site Reports provide details of housekeeping and maintenance-related tasks. The length
of the report depends upon the size of the hotel and can vary from
3-4 pages to 8-10 pages or more. Site Reports are generated Weekly and Monthly. The Weekly Reports are available on Sunday morning for the previous week. Monthly Reports are available on the first of every month for the previous month. The available reports are as
follows:
Stand Alone Reports
Stand Alone Reports
are any report not found in the Site Reports. The data that is
collected can be reviewed more quickly without having to wait for
the weekly or monthly data that the Site Reports provide. The
available reports are as follows:
Governor Reports
Governor Reports are available for subscribers that have oversight of multiple hotels within an ownership, a region/division, and an entire brand. Based upon the subscriber's requested setup, the reports can be reviewed from the perspective of a single hotel, a roll-up for a region/division, or the brand.
