Quarterly PM (Preventive Maintenance) Tracker Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Quarterly Maintenance Tracker gives you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you will see your completed PMs each quarter and what percentage of your hotel's inventory has received a PM. You will find it as a stand-alone in the Reports section outside of the Site Reports. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.
Report General Information
1. Filters- Select the desired year. The report defaults to the current year
2. Shows per quarter the completed PMs out of the entire hotel inventory and provides the percentage of the hotel's total inventory that has received a PM. There will be a YTD total listed as well.
3. Refresh - Select to return to the current year.
