PM (Preventive Maintenance) Task List Report
The Reports available in MOP provide you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The PM (Preventive Maintenance) Task List gives you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see a list of all the PMs that have been completed or remain incomplete. The report is available in a PDF or an Excel CSV file and is found in the Site Reports
Report General Information
1. and 2. Data documented for Guest Rooms and has the room number referenced
3. and 4. Data documented for Common Areas and has the location of the common area referenced
5. View Forms allows you to see the actual Checklist used for the Preventive Maintenance task
Excel CSV Format
The Excel format provides a few other data columns such as a Task ID (auto-generated), Room Type (indicates the number of beds in the room), Maintenance PM (indicates the task was created using the Recurring Task icon), Corporate ID (assigned during set up for MOP)
