The Governor Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at the hotels that are set up in your portfolio. The Governor Housekeeping Report can provide you with statistics for the current month/year and you can filter it for the previous year. At a glance, you can see extensive data for the hotels in your Governor setup. It is broken down into room cleaning duty types such as checkout, refresh, weekly cleans, and more. This report is only accessible with a Governor login for MOP and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.

1. Horizontal row provides data on Total Rooms Service, Average Rooms Daily, and Completion Time for each type of room services
2. Vertical columns provide data for each Region (Area) in the Governor's portfolio as well as a roll-up of the entire portfolio
3. Color codes for each type of room status cleaned
Duty Types, Daily Totals, and MPR Average
1. Provides data on the duty types, minutes per average, and the average number of rooms per day
2. Includes the number of common areas serviced and the average completion times
Housekeeping Items by Region
1. Horizontal row provides data regarding the number of completed items by duty type
2. Vertical columns list the names of each region and the data total for the portfolio
3. Horizontal row gives totals of all duty types completed in the portfolio for the period
Average Completion Time
1. Horizontal row provides data for the Regions regarding the average completion time for each duty status assigned for cleaning
2. Vertical column lists the names of the Regions and their performance per cleaning duty
3. Horizontal row provides the total averages for all duty types in the portfolio
Average Time Between Tasks
1. Region(area) names and minutes in between tasks as well as a rollup for the entire portfolio in the Governor set up
2. An average of all in-between times for the portfolio
Excel CSV Format
The Excel file is quite large as it details everything related to housekeeping duties in the entire portfolio. It includes data such as the room number, the name of the team member that performed the duty, creation dates, and start and finish time to name a few.
