Room Inspection Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Room Inspection report gives you statistical data for the current week/ month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see the scoring results of room inspections from a product quality perspective. This is found in the Site Reports and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.
Room Inspections - Count by Employee
1. Vertical columns reflect the number of inspections completed on each employee for the period
2. Key indicates Green for Passed and Red for Failed inspections
3. Pie chart view
4. Unique rooms are rooms only inspected once during the period and the Total is for all inspections for the period
5. Number of Room attendants that were inspected and the average issues scored for all inspections
Failed Room Inspections
1. Data collected on failed inspections
2. Total failed Room Inspections
Passed Room Inspections
1. Data collected on passed inspections
2. Total passed Room Inspections
Excel CSV Format
Employee ID, Site ID, and department ID are auto-populated and auto-assigned during the property setup
