Governor 90-Day Maintenance Report
The Governor Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at the hotels that are set up in your portfolio. The Governor 90-Day Maintenance report can provide you with statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see repetitive maintenance issues from the past 90 days. This report is only accessible with a Governor login for MOP and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.
Report General Information
1. Horizontal Row shows the number of instances the same maintenance item was reported
2. Vertical Column shows the name of the hotel and the room number associated with the repetitive maintenance issues
Excel CSV Format
The Counter is the number of repetitive maintenance issues associated with one room
Grp (Group) is the name of the region(s) set up under the Governor's login. A Governor may have several groups or regions within their portfolio
