Governor Maintenance Report
The Governor Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at the hotels that are set up in your portfolio. The Governor Maintenance Report can provide you with statistics for the current month/year and you can filter it for the previous year. At a glance, you can see extensive data for the hotels in your Governor setup. It is broken down into maintenance-related categories such as types of issues, level of the issue, average resolution times, guest reported issues vs staff-reported issues, to name a few. This report is only accessible with a Governor login for MOP and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.
Report General Information
1. Work orders, Average Resolution times (in hours), and Rooms Rented with Issues
2. Region name and statistics
3. Color code for Staff (blue) reported maintenance order or Guest reported (gold)
4. Color codes for Maintenance issue level (Level 1 Blue - low, Level 2 Gold medium, Level3 Red- high)
Item Report, Resolution Times, Levels, and Rooms Rented with Issues
1. Items reported (staff, guest, and unfinished items)
2. Average hours for completion and rooms rented with issues
3. Work order count by levels
4. Hours for completion per level
Work Order Distribution by Type
1. Per week tracking of issues
2. List of issues and how many per week
Work Orders - Staff vs Guest
1. Color Code for maintenance issues reported by the Staff (blue) and issues reported by the Guest (gold)
2. Regional breakdown for Staff vs Guest issues
Work Order Count by Level
1. Regional breakout of levels of work orders completed, their totals, and the average time for completion
2. Totals for each level, total work orders, and the total average completion time for all in the portfolio
Rooms Sold with Maintenance Issues
1. Region name, room count sold with issues, average days
2. Total days and averages for the total
