Room Inspections Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Room Inspection report gives you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see the scoring results from a room inspection from more of a product quality perspective, not just a room status verification. You will find it as a stand-alone in the Reports section outside of the Site Reports. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.
Report General Information
1. Filters - Select the desired month and date
2. Horizontal Row - Provides statistics such as Create Date (when the inspection was completed), Room # inspected, Attendant (the name of the Room Attendant that cleaned the room last), Total Problems (how many missed items in the inspection), Status (Pass or Fail), Inspected By (name of the person conducting the inspection), and Notes (any added details from the inspection). The vertical columns will populate based on the inspection results.
3. Refresh - Select to return to the current month and date.
