Governor PM (Preventive Maintenance) Tracker Report
The Governor Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at the hotels that are set up in your portfolio. The Governor Preventive Maintenance Tracker can provide you with statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year. At a glance, you can see the quarterly progression of PMs completed at the hotel This report is only accessible with a Governor login for MOP and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.
Report General Information
1. Horizontal row identifies the quarterly breakdown
2. Vertical column identifies the region (or area i.e. state names) and the number of rooms and percentage of the inventory that had a PM completed in the quarter. The names of the region or area are provided at the time of Governor Access set up.
Excel CSV File
The Excel file provides a Sort Order and the total Room Count in the Region/Area
