Governor Room Inspection Report
The Governor Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at the hotels that are set up in your portfolio. The Governor Room Inspection Report can provide you with statistics for the current month/year and you can filter it for the previous year. At a glance, you can see extensive data for Room Inspections conducted at the hotels within your Governor's setup. It is broken down into categories such as passed or failed inspections, totals for each as well as totals overall. This report is only accessible with a Governor login for MOP and is available in both PDF and Excel CSV format.
Report General Information
1. Horizontal row shows data regarding the number of inspections, percentages of passed or failed inspections, average items missed, and the number of Room Attendants that received an inspection
2. Vertical column indicates the name or the Region (area)
Graph of Inspection Statistics
1. Color code of passing (green) or failed inspections (red)
2. Percentage of passed and total inspections conducted
3. Total Room Attendants inspected and average failed inspections per property
Rooms Passed/Failed
1. Region/area details on the inspections, number of room attendants inspected, passed/failed, and percentage of passing inspections
2. Totals for the entire portfolio within the Governor set up
Excel CSV Format
The file provides more details such as the room numbers, the name of the room attendant inspected, and notes, to name a few additions.
