Task Search Report


The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Task Search report gives you statistical data based on the search parameters entered. At a glance, you can see all activities or a specific activity for a single day or a specific block of days. You will find it as a stand-alone in the Reports section outside of the Site Reports. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.

Report General Information

1. The Horizontal Row provides the areas that will populate in the vertical columns. The data collected is as follows: Room# or area of the hotel, name of the person the task was assigned to, duty (cleaning or maintenance tasks), status, priority (high, medium, or low), name of the person who created the task, date the task was created, was it a pet room (yes or no), was it occupied at the time of the assignment (yes or no), time the task was started, time the task was finished, the time it was verified as completed, who verified completion, was it a maintenance task, (yes or no), was it a recurring task (yes or no), preventive maintenance task (yes or no), minutes taken to complete the task, added notes for details, payroll ID (not applicable and will be removed upon next upgrade)
2. Search Again - Used to set new parameters for different search
3. Excel Download - Used to create the Excel version of the file. The file will have a couple of variations in the data headers. The variations are as follows: Task Id will be auto-generated, duty will be an internal code that will auto-populate in here,
