Maintenance Completed Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Maintenance Completed report gives to you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. You will find it as a stand-alone in the Reports section outside of the Site Reports. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.
Report General Information
1. Filters - Select a month and year; the report defaults to the current month and year
2. Horizontal Row - Date the task was created, Room # or area, Maintenance issue, Date fixed, and any notes added in the Notes field
3. Vertical Column - Specifics for the headers of the horizontal row
4. Refresh - Select when you change to search filters
Excel Format
The Excel format provides two extra columns of data
1. Addition of task Id; it is auto-generated
2. Addition of sort order; represents how the work order priority was flagged at the time of the creation
