Square Foot Unit Measure Report
For compliance with some *city and state requirements to track a compilation of the total square foot measurement of work completed by employees, MOP has provided a report that tracks the total square footage of areas assigned as tasks. The report can be generated per individual team member or as a roll-up for all team members. The icon access for Square Foot Unit Measure is a feature free of charge and is available upon request.
*Check for your own particular City/State requirements
1. To Access: Select Sq, Ft Unit icon
2. Select: Reports
3. Filters: Specific assigned team member or All Team rollup, select the needed date range (from-to)
4. Summary: Check the box if you want just a summary of the report versus the full details. The summary does not show each room and square footage but a roll-up of the total square footage and if the preset allowance was over the limit or not
5. Search: To generate the report and select Excel Download to import it into a file if desired
