Square Foot Unit Measure Set Up

This feature is available upon request. Access: Site Administrator.

This feature will set up the total square footage of areas that may be assigned as tasks. The assigned square foot unit measurements can be reviewed in a report that can be generated per individual team member or as a roll-up for all team members.

1. Click the Sq. Unit icon.



2. Click Set Up.



3. Choose between "Square Foot" or "Square Meter".



4. Enter the daily maximum sqare feet/meter units a housekeeper is allowed to clean.



5. For each room/property area, enter the square feet/meter. Check the box if the room is a "Special Room". Those rooms will then be flag in the housekeeping summary reports.
 

The qualification of a ”Special Room” may differ on the States/county laws. Each special case can reduce the maximum number of square feet that can be assigned to a housekeeper.
Some qualifications can be (but not limited to): rooms with additional beds, rooms in multiple buildings, rooms on more than two floors.

6. Click Save to complete the setup.
