Square Foot Unit Measure Set Up

This feature is available upon request.

This feature will set up the total square footage of areas that may be assigned as tasks. The assigned square foot unit measurements can be reviewed in a report that can be generated per individual team member or as a roll-up for all team members.

1. Click the Sq. Unit icon.



2. Click Set Up.



3. Choose between "Square Foot" or "Square Meter".



4. Enter the daily maximum sqare feet/meter units a housekeeper is allowed to clean.



5. For each room/property area, enter the square feet/meter. Check the box if the room is a "Special Room", aka [...].



6. Click Save to complete the setup.
