180 Day Incomplete PM Tracker Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The 180-Day Incomplete PM (Preventive Maintenance) Tracker gives you statistical data for the current year and is available both weekly and monthly. You can filter it for previous months and years. At a glance, you will see your incomplete PMs for the guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. The report is available in both a PDF and an Excel CSV format and is located in the Site Reports.
Report General Information
1. Percentage of Guest Rooms and Common Areas that are Incomplete
2. Statistics gathered for Room Number/Common Area, Date of the last PM Activity for the room number or common area, and the PM Age (how many days since the last activity)
3. Total Guest Rooms and the total Common Areas of the hotel. Both of these totals are provided based on the information given for the initial setup in MOP.
Excel CSV Format
The Excel format provides the Site Name and identifies the room type based on the number of beds in the room.
