RA (Room Attendant) Average Times Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Room Attendant Average Times gives to you various statistical data for the current week/month and you can filter it for a previous year and month. You will find it as a stand-alone in the Reports section outside of the Site Reports. The Report File and Report Detail are in Excel format. Examples are provided below.
Report General Information
1. Filters - Select a month and year; the report defaults to the current month and year
2. Horizontal Row - Weeks in the period, duty types for the week, and a roll-up for the month
3. Vertical Column - Room Attendant's name, their Avg (average minutes per duty), and their total Cnt (count) of duty type for the week
4. Index/Definitions of abbreviations
5. Refresh - Select after you change the search filters
Report File
1. Horizontal Row - Weeks for the period, the total minutes for the duty types for the week, and the total count of the duty type
2. Vertical Column - Room Attendant's name, average minutes for the duty type, and the count (Cnt.) of each duty type
Report Detail
1. Horizontal Row - Assigned to (indicated by their id/number in MOP), duty, minutes taken to complete the task, start time, pause time, finish time, task id (auto-assigned), and the first name of the Room Attendant
2. Vertical Column - MOP ID number (auto-assigned)
