Log a Maintenance Request from an Open Task (MOP 2.0)
Path: My Tasks
1. Click on the eye on the left side of the task.
2. Click on Maint.
3. Select the Maintenance Type from the dropdown.
4. Select the Maintenance Priority from the dropdown: Low, Medium or High.
5. Select the Maintenance Level, from 1 to 5.
6. Include any required notes or images by clicking on the "+" icon. You can upload them from your computer or phone.
6. Click Submit.
