Synxis Property Hub (SPH) is integrated with MOP. That means the two platforms interface with each other regarding room assignments and room status updates. If a room is checked out of the PMS, the status updates accordingly in the MOP. If a room status in the MOP changes from dirty to clean, the status updates accordingly in the PMS. The details of the processes are as follows:
- the rooms are assigned to each housekeeper in SPH
- the assignments are imported into MOP
- the housekeepers will use handheld devices (cell phones or tablets) to access their assignments for the day
Assign and Import Rooms into MOP

Assign rooms in the SPH property management system first. then import into MOP by using the Add Task icon
1. The platform will roll to the two options of assigning rooms for the day. Select Add SPH Tasks.
2. Option for Entering Task Manually
3. Error-free message of successful import of the rooms from SPH to MOP
4. Error - message for discrepancies after importing the rooms. Any room(s) not assigned in the importing process will be indicated with some type of error message

Errors should be researched and resolved, Rooms that reflect as an error can be manually assigned in MOP.
Room Assignments Manually
If the property management system is down, and as long as there is the Internet, MOP keeps working. Select the Enter Tasks Manually box. All room status updates must be done manually on both platforms. See QUICKLINKS
.Verify Imported Room Status
Select: RA Monitor to view the rooms that were assigned in the SPH PMS and then imported into MOP.
At login into the MOP, each Room Attendant will see their assignments for the day.
