Room Preventive Maintenance Report
The Reports available in MOP provides you with data for critical analysis of various areas of performance at your hotel. The Room Preventive Maintenance Report gives you statistical data for the current month/year and you can filter it for a previous year and month. At a glance, you can see a list of all the activities related to Preventive Maintenance. The report is available in a PDF or an Excel CSV file and is found in the Site Reports.
Verified Number of Work Orders per Day
1. Related to PM work orders
2. Per day related to PMs
Average Resolution Time in Hours by Day
1. Average for the PM completion
2. Average for the whole period
Average Verified Time in Days in Day
1. Average number of days before the PM was verified
2. Average for the whole period
Items Repaired by Type
Shows the number of items in the PM Checklist that was flagged as Needs Repaired, not just checked as completed
Completed Room PMs
1. Data captured for completed PMs
2. Hours logged are based upon the time the PM was started until it was verified
3. Total count is for completed PMs for the period
Room PM with Maintenance Issues
1. Data captured regarding the room PM
2. Status indicator NR means on the PM Checklist the item was checked as Needs Repair
3. Total Count indicates the total items in this section/category of the report
