Confirm (Verify) a DND or No Service Request (MOP 2.0)
If a room attendant marks one of her rooms as "DND" or "No Service Request" and does not have the "self-verified" status, the room status must be verified by a head-housekeeper.
Path: Dashboard > My Tasks
1. To verify a task, open it by clicking on the eye icon located on the left side.
2. Confirm the room attendant status. If the "DND" or "No Service Request" is confirmed, use the "Verified DND" option.
