Which specific mobile device models would you recommend?
Any WiFi-compatible device is suitable. We suggest obtaining devices with screen sizes ranging from 3.8" to 5.0" for room attendants and maintenance staff, while opting for a 7" tablet for your executive housekeeper.
You can source these devices from various retailers such as Best Buy, Frye's Electronics, Walmart, and similar outlets. We recommend considering prepaid phones, but please note that there may be purchase limits, typically allowing only 2 devices per customer per day.

Do I need to purchase a service plan for my devices?
No, it is not necessary to purchase a cellular plan for your devices. MOP will utilize your hotel's WiFi network.

Can my staff use their personal cell phones with MOP?
While we acknowledge the option of staff using their personal devices, we strongly advise against it. Allowing personal devices for work purposes carries the risk that if these devices get damaged during work-related activities, your staff may expect you to cover the costs of replacement.
