Access: Site Administrator.
A recurring task is a task that needs to be performed repeatedly at specified intervals or on a regular schedule. It involves performing a specific set of actions or activities on a recurring basis to ensure consistent and routine operations. Recurring tasks are typically repetitive in nature and are often part of ongoing operational procedures like daily inspections, weekly reports, monthly inventory checks, or quarterly audits. A recurring task can be of housekeeping or maintenance.
1. Click on Recurring Tasks.
2. This list is created from the "Add Rec Tasks" and "Add Rec Maint Tasks" sections.
3. If a task is a Maintenance task, it will be noted.
4. Click on the Task ID number to open the edit page and see the details and update the task as needed.
